F Chambers Attorneys is delighted to announce that it’s Managing Partner Mark A Fulford has been elected to serve on governing body of the TCI Bar Association as Member of the Bar Council for the year 2023 to 2024.
Fulford having previously served a two year term on the Council returns as elected member at a time when major reform is underway in the judiciary and the legal profession.
Commenting on his election, Fulford stated that, “At a time when major reform and modernization is being undertaken in the legal fraternity, it’s an exciting time that calls for senior members input with vision, who can not only help lead reforms but also ensuring that qualified lawyers returning home are not shut out of the profession by rules that delay their entry to practice even after spending all their time and resources abroad to qualify”.
The Bar Council according to the LPO is the governing body of the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar Association.
