We are delighted to announce that Mark Fulford has been approved to join the panel of Jamaica International Arbitration Center Ltd (JAIAC) neutrals. Mark has been selected to serve as an arbitrator, mediator, or facilitator for contract re-negotiation for a term of three (3) years, starting from 10th August 2022 and ending on 10th August 2025.
While the Secretary General of JAIAC retains the final authority to determine who should be appointed in cases where there is a need for intervention, Mark is eager to serve when called upon. This appointment provides him with an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience with the JAIAC’s Arbitration, Fast Track Arbitration and Mediation Rules, as well as the I-NEUTRAL online dispute resolution platform.
We are thrilled to have Mark as part of the panel of neutrals. It is a privilege for him to join as a JAIAC neutral, and we have no doubt that his expertise and contributions will be invaluable to the mission of the organization.
