Chloe Mc Millan is co-leader of the litigation department and Senior Associate with F Chambers Attorneys in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.

Chloe is called to the Bar in three jurisdictions – England & Wales, Trinidad and Tobago and the Turks and Caicos Islands. She has over 10 years of experience in all aspect of civil litigation including but not limited to contract law, personal injury, land disputes, contentious and non- contentious probate.

English trained Barrister Chloe began her career in a boutique chambers in Chaguanas Trinidad and Tobago where she was responsible for civil litigation inclusive of matrimonial and family law matters, personal injury, conveyancing, land disputes, contract law, contentious and non- contentious probate. Her practice varied in both instructing and advocate work.

As a junior attorney, Chloe was a member of the team of Attorneys in the high-profile matter of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and Colonial Life Insurance Company v Lawrence Andre Duprey, Andre Monteil et al.

Chloe then proceeded to open her private practice focusing on civil litigation which saw her traveling to various Courts in Trinidad and Tobago representing clients in Divorce and property settlement matters, personal injury and land disputes. She has experience working in Courts of all levels from the Magistrates’ Court to the Court of Appeal.

Chloe is currently an active member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA) and a Committee member of the Young commonwealth Lawyers Association (YCLA) where she has been involved in numerous projects dedicated to promoting the rule of law and promoting the interest of young lawyers throughout the Commonwealth. Notably, Chloe has been instrumental with the launch of the YCLA Masterclass series aimed at providing young lawyers training on various topics associated with advocacy and mental health. Chloe also sits on the CLA Executive Committee as the YCLA representative.

Chloe is an avid sportswoman as she was a past National Swimmer and record holder for Trinidad and Tobago. When she is not in the Court room, Chloe enjoys time at the beach or any body of water, outdoor physical activities and playing her violin.
