ACMA Executives Meets With IMF Officials

Executive Members of the Governing body of the Association of Company Managers and Agents (ACMA) Mark A Fulford and Gordon Burton on April 17th 2015 met with International Monetary Fund (IMF) Officials Hibiki Ichiue and Dr. Hiroko Oura at F Chambers Law Firm, Leeward Highway Offices located at Emily House, in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.

The IMF is carrying out a review of the financial sector’s regulation and supervision in the Turks and Caicos Islands in the context of the offshore financial center assessment program. Once completed the report will contain technical advice and recommendations given by the team of the International Monetary Fund in response to a request for technical assistance by the authorities of Turks and Caicos Islands.

The two parties spoke on a wide number of areas relating to company formation and management.

ACMA governing body represents thirty three company managers throughout the entire Turks and Caicos Islands out of which twenty three are registered members of the Association of Company Managers and Agents. ACMA is headed by Chairman Ervin Quelch of Epic Corporate and Consultancy Services Ltd, Vice Chairman Gordon Burton of Caribbean Management Services and Executive Member Mark A Fulford of F Corporate & Management Services with Secretary Millicent Grant of Integra Services Ltd.
